You can cancel your order. The quicker you do this, the better.
If your order has not reached our warehouse, we can cancel right away and refund.
If your order has been dispatched, it means it is in transit to you. You'll have to wait until the order is delivered. We'll send you a return order form to complete.
You can return via post or courier (with proof of postage)
Over Christmas Holiday Period
Our warehouse are not back to work until December 29th, therefore, we won't be able to confirm cancellation until then. (If it dispatches before they receive the message, don't worry it can still be returned and refunded)
